What you will do

• Plan and implement international omnichannel cross-selling and upselling campaigns for existing customers.
• Drive customer engagement across online, email, telesales, and mobile app channels.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, and customer intelligence teams for targeted engagement.
• Create and oversee the delivery of personalized customer communications.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present campaign concepts and results to key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the IT industry.
• Experience with data-driven campaigns, CMS, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Strong numerical comprehension and analytical thinking.
• Technical understanding and interest in cloud and AI technologies.
• Must be based in Cebu City to support the hybrid working model.
