What you will do

• Build and manage tiered roster of influencers from nano to larger creators embedded in Greek life and collegiate social media.
• Plan and execute campaigns aligned with key brand moments like recruitment, homecoming, formals, and philanthropy events.
• Develop creative briefs, handle logistics including outreach, contracting, product seeding, and content approval.
• Foster genuine long-term creator relationships and negotiate rates, deliverables, and usage rights.
• Track performance, build reporting, run post-mortems, and refine metrics for influencer ROI.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related field
• Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram ecosystems as marketer and consumer
• End-to-end campaign management: discovery, outreach, contracting, briefing, review, reporting
• Experience negotiating with creators on rates, deliverables, usage rights
• Comfort with influencer management and analytics tools
• Ability to manage 30+ creators across multiple campaigns

Nice to have

• Experience or strong understanding of Greek life / collegiate audience
