What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, with a primary focus on CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Translate complex business requirements into architectural blueprints and map them to platform capabilities.
• Design and implement integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes.
• Lead platform governance to ensure alignment with best practices and federal security standards.
• Guide developers and administrators on technical design, configuration, and implementation.
• Produce and maintain technical design documentation and architectural diagrams.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and CMDB implementation.
• Deep expertise using ServiceNow App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery Probes, Patterns, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Strong working knowledge of CMDB and CSDM.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) or Department of Homeland Security (DHS) modernization programs.
• DoD 8570 Baseline Security credentials such as Security+ CE, SSCP, CND, or CCNA Security.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
