What you will do

• Architect large-scale data management initiatives including backup, recovery, archival, and high-volume migrations.
• Act as a technical advisor to customer architects and executives on regulated industry requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and DORA.
• Design scalable data workflows and integrations utilizing AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Implement AI/ML techniques for classification, anomaly detection, and automated compliance workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap and accelerate the adoption of AI-driven capabilities.

Requirements

• Deep Salesforce technical expertise, including APIs, data model, metadata architecture, and platform performance.
• Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments (Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector).
• Proven track record in leading complex data migrations and enterprise data lifecycle management.
• Strong data engineering foundation with experience in ETL pipelines and lakehouse architectures.
• Ability to apply AI/ML concepts to real-world customer data problems.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Trust Layer, or MLOps concepts.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures and data privacy frameworks.
