What you will do

• Interview Subject Matter Experts to extract technical details and ensure win strategies are accurately reflected in proposals.
• Collaborate with BD, Capture, and Proposal Managers to develop customer-focused solutions that meet RFP requirements.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and persuasive content for various proposal sections.
• Conceptualize graphics to visually convey solution concepts, processes, and technical dependencies.
• Conduct research and analyze customer requirements to validate expressions of need.
• Participate in proposal kick-offs and status meetings to ensure schedule adherence and content quality.

Requirements

• Must reside within the continental US
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale IT environments including software development, application support, and infrastructure.
• 5+ years of experience in business development lifecycle, solution development, and proposal writing.
• Proven ability to explain highly technical data in simplistic language for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under strict deadline pressure while maintaining high quality and detail.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of Shipley Methodology.
• Experience in SAFe/Agile software development environments.
