Enterprise Solution Consultant – Partner Solutions (CCaaS): Designing and positioning cloud contact center solutions for enterprise customers via strategic resell partners with an accent on technical sales and partner enablement. Focus on translating business needs into technical designs, delivering demos, and validating solutions through proof-of-concepts.
Location: Must be based in the United States. Fully remote for candidates residing outside a 50-mile radius of San Ramon, CA; Hybrid (3 days a week in office) for candidates within 50 miles of San Ramon.
Salary: $93,900 - $218,200 USD

What you will do
- Act as a technical advisor for strategic partner-led sales opportunities.
- Lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Educate partners and customers on CCaaS architecture, AI capabilities, and telephony integrations.
- Support solution validation, proof-of-concepts, and implementation planning.
- Develop partner-facing enablement materials and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to relay customer and partner feedback.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience in solution consulting, technical sales, enterprise architecture, or partner enablement.
- Familiarity with contact center, telephony, CRM, cloud, or AI technologies.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Confidence in delivering demos, presentations, and training.
- Willingness to travel for partner, customer, and company events.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with or other CCaaS/telecom platforms.
- Salesforce administration or CRM integration experience.
- Exposure to Google Cloud, automation, or conversational AI.
- Experience with Zendesk or ServiceNow.
- Hands-on technical delivery, configuration, or implementation experience.
