Location: Hybrid; local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, and Sydney are expected to be in the office at least twice per week.
Salary: $78,200 – $105,800 CAD

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Developers, Data Engineers, and Systems Engineers.
- Drive high-volume candidate pipelines across multiple global geographies.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to execute hiring strategies and meet quarterly targets.
- Source passive candidates using creative, multichannel approaches (inbound, outbound, referrals, events).
- Ensure a seamless, professional, and values-driven candidate experience.
Requirements
- Full-cycle technical recruiting experience in rapid-growth or high-velocity environments.
- Proven track record of sourcing, nurturing, and hiring passive candidates.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian tech community, particularly in Toronto and/or Vancouver.
- Ability to drive decision-making and behavioral change using data.
- Strategic, problem-solving mindset with a consultative approach to recruitment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday ATS.
- Background in both agency and in-house recruitment.
- Experience championing diversity and inclusion programs or initiatives.
