Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead post-technical win account strategies and execution plans for the most strategic customers.
• Act as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, and go-live.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to understand and implement full use case demand plans.
• Create and execute strategies to accelerate key use cases into production in coordination with Professional Services.
• Manage executive and operational governance, providing KPI reporting on customer health and usage.
• Interface with Product and Engineering teams to facilitate new innovations and private previews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the Data and AI domain.
• Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as technical architecture, consulting, or customer success.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders and resolving complex escalations with senior executives.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when required.
