What you will do

• Lead test projects by defining schedules, reviewing test plans, and managing automation frameworks.
• Develop and implement software validation test plans and prepare product evaluation reports.
• Perform software test audits to ensure compliance with procedures and the IEC 62304 standard.
• Collaborate with R&D, Technical Support, and Quality Engineers to align testing with specifications.
• Diagnose and replicate product failures to identify and confirm bug fixes.
• Oversee documentation of test operations and report results to software engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Expertise in at least one test automation framework and an associated scripting language.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, C, or C#.
• Experience as a lead tester participating in specification and requirement clarification.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Del Mar, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Design Change Assessments and software review boards.
• Ability to work with and understand automated insulin delivery algorithms.
