Salary: $82,400 – $123,600

What you will do

• Test the functionality and performance of system software for medical devices.
• Develop and execute manual test plans and scripts to detect software defects.
• Perform workflow analysis and document test results to recommend quality improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve software defects and improve product configuration.
• Maintain a broad understanding of current testing software technologies.
• Ensure all software meets technical and functional requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or Master's degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Strong understanding of good documentation practices.
• Ability to manage, track, and upgrade multiple hardware and software configurations.
• Experience with test case management tools such as Polarion, TFS, TestRail, or JAMA.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (mostly regional).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of medical product verification, IEC-62304, and FDA guidance.
• Experience in software verification within a technical discipline.
• Ability to work with QA to ensure testing meets Quality and Regulatory needs.
