TL;DR

QA Engineer III (AI): Designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks for SaaS and mobile dental software with an accent on leveraging AI-powered testing tools. Focus on building automation frameworks from the ground up and optimizing software quality, scalability, and reliability.

Location: Hybrid (1-2x per week in Glasgow, Scotland office)

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for SaaS products.
  • Advocate for and integrate AI tools and capabilities into the engineering workflow.
  • Mentor and train team members on automation, quality practices, and principles.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and deploy new features.
  • Perform code reviews, design reviews, and risk assessments across the solution.
  • Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of products.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in software engineering, test, or QA roles.
  • Proven track record using AI-powered testing tools (e.g., Applitools, Testim, Mabl, TestRigor, Puppeteer).
  • Experience building automation frameworks from the ground up.
  • Proficiency in programming, ideally JavaScript/TypeScript and/or C#.
  • Knowledge of characterizing risk scenarios (functional, load, stress, performance, HA/DR).
  • Must be able to work from the Glasgow, Scotland office 1-2x per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira and Zephyr Scale.
