What you will do

• Lead customer education and clinical configuration throughout the implementation process to ensure successful product adoption.
• Design and deliver a comprehensive educational portfolio including webinars, workshops, certifications, and self-paced modules.
• Coordinate with implementation teams to create and execute detailed 'go-live' and re-training plans for assigned customers.
• Act as a clinical resource for internal teams and contribute to software enhancements by translating user feedback into actionable insights.
• Provide on-site clinical expertise and end-user support during product evaluations at enterprise customer sites.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of clinical EEG experience, including at least 2 years in a Level III or Level IV EMU.
• Advanced-level knowledge in EEG, LTM, and EMU clinical workflows.
• Expertise in at least one EEG product line (hirify.global or competitor).
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Residence near a major metropolitan area with an international airport.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically for formal presentations to small groups.

Nice to have

• R. EEG. T certification.
• Associate’s degree in neurodiagnostics, training, or a related technical field.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating system in a networked environment.
