What you will do
- Develop and unify B2B revenue strategies across the full ecosystem, including product, content, advertising, and partnerships.
- Identify commercial potential in product features and user experiences to create integrated, native brand partnerships.
- Lead high-value business development and negotiate complex, large-scale deals with global brands.
- Align direct sales, inventory strategy, and sponsorships with broader commercial and growth initiatives.
- Manage P&L across content, community, and events, setting targets and driving accountability across teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Monetization, and Content leadership to ensure commercial alignment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, or digital media with progressive leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with global brands.
- Expertise at the intersection of digital product, content, and monetization.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, including direct sales and inventory strategy.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and managing senior leaders.
- Must be based in the USA, Canada, or EMEA.

- Background in gaming, esports, or passion-driven communities.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or talent partnerships.
- Familiarity with live events and broadcast environments for brand activations.
- Experience operating in a founder-led, fast-moving organization.
