What you will do

  • Lead the execution of global compensation programs, including annual merit, equity, and bonus cycles.
  • Develop project plans, governance processes, and operational documentation to ensure accurate program delivery.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements through automation and the use of AI tools.
  • Own compensation controls and audit readiness, including SOX-related documentation and compliance across international operations.
  • Serve as the functional lead for Workday Compensation and compensation planning processes.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR teams to support reporting and pay equity insights.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Human Resources Operations.
  • Experience managing compensation cycles within a complex, fast-paced organization.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills with a focus on scalability.
  • Deep understanding of compensation controls and governance; SOX experience is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
  • May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
