What you will do

  • Strategically manage and develop professional relationships with restaurant partners post-onboarding.
  • Drive partner growth through portfolio analysis, active account management, and performance optimization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and key link between internal teams and partners.
  • Provide analytical after-sales support and actionable recommendations to improve partner performance.
  • Coordinate promotional and marketing activities in collaboration with partners and the marketing team.
  • Analyze the local market and monitor competitor activity on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or partnership management with clear commercial impact.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms or data tools such as Looker, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across different stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and the local language.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
