What you will do

• Define and own the digital thread vision, strategy, and reference architecture connecting design, engineering, and commercial functions.
• Lead end-to-end business process transformation programs spanning PLM, ERP, and MES value chains.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise process architecture, including capability maps, value streams, and target-state operating models.
• Partner with Enterprise Platforms to translate business process requirements into platform capabilities for Siemens Teamcenter, Oracle JDE, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Drive strategic reengineering initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methods to deliver operational outcomes.
• Manage the business case, roadmap, and value realization for transformation programs, tracking quantified KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related; advanced degree (MBA/PhD) preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in business process transformation or enterprise architecture, preferably in regulated manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs across multiple business functions.
• Fluency in PLM, ERP, and MES capabilities, specifically Siemens Teamcenter, Oracle JD Edwards, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven mastery of Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, value stream mapping, and organizational change management.
• Must be able to work on-site in Rockville, MD, USA.
