What you will do

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

• Produce comprehensive reports and documentation to support project objectives.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end quality assurance (EQA).
• Monitor industry trends to maintain updated technological knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical analysis or support roles.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and business workflows.
• Ability to perform data interpretation and technical reporting.
• Expertise in troubleshooting technical issues and network configurations.
• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois
