Principal Consultant (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Frame and validate cross-sector optimization use cases integrating asset management and digital transformation.
• Architect optimization solutions at asset and enterprise levels aligned with client objectives and operational constraints.
• Develop reusable templates, playbooks, and reference architectures to scale solutions across sectors.
• Lead complex client engagements from early discovery through pilot execution and scaled adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define objectives, KPIs, and future-state decision workflows.
• Support business development by shaping opportunities, preparing proposals, and articulating value propositions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a consulting, advisory, or professional services environment.
• Proven track record of managing or leading significant client engagements.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding (criminal/civil background check, drug screen).

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.
• 15+ years of experience in professional services environments.
