What you will do

• Perform strategic assessments of client technology environments against industry best practices.
• Develop value-add recommendations and roadmaps for application portfolio and enterprise IT strategy.
• Drive the development of business cases and financial models to support strategic IT transformations.
• Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data to synthesize actionable insights.
• Assist practice leaders with proposal development and identify new business opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members while demonstrating executive presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Minimum 2+ years of related work experience in Strategy Consulting.
• Must be able to travel up to 40% as needed.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in-person attendance.
• Strong business writing and communication skills.
• Experience in IT organization assessment, cost structure analysis, and operating model design.

Nice to have

• MBA or MIS degree.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare, Banking, Private Equity, or Non-Profits.
