What you will do

• Lead and deliver IROC engagements, providing domain expertise and project oversight.
• Co-develop the regional IROC capability and shape the development of repeatable offerings.
• Coach and develop a local team, imparting IROC domain expertise and best practices.
• Collaborate with global solution teams to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.
• Establish market eminence through thought leadership, white papers, and industry presentations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and market position.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of management consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Senior-level experience in the implementation or operation of IROCs in mining, metals, or energy.
• Deep knowledge of holistic design approaches (people, process, technology, facilities).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business (MBA or postgraduate degree is an advantage).
• Ability to articulate a vision for next-generation digitally enabled IROCs.
• Must be able to undertake North America travel to client/project sites as required.
