What you will do

• Lead and deliver IROC engagements predominantly within the USA.
• Co-develop and expand IROC capabilities and regional teams in the USA.
• Collaborate with global solution teams to shape and improve repeatable IROC offerings.
• Coach and mentor local teams on IROC concepts and industry best practices.
• Establish market eminence through conference presentations, white papers, and industry forums.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to align services with market needs and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of management consulting or relevant industry and domain experience.
• Senior-level experience in implementing or operating IROCs in the mining, metals, or energy industries.
• Deep knowledge of holistic design across people, process, technology, and facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business (MBA or postgraduate degree is advantageous).
• Ability to travel across North America to client and project sites.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and solve complex functional issues across organizational boundaries.
