What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing platform engagement.
- Support renewals and identify growth opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer across Product, Sales, and Engineering.
- Help customers translate energy data into actionable outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across property, sustainability, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with experience supporting renewals.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in North Sydney, NSW.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, energy, IoT, proptech, or infrastructure.
