What you will do

• Lead complex lifecycle initiatives and operational improvement efforts within securities operations environments.
• Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify efficiency and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to resolve operational issues and support strategic initiatives.
• Support operational areas including client account onboarding, cash payments, custodial operations, and securities settlement.
• Research operational risks and support policy development and audit readiness initiatives.
• Analyze trade settlement workflows to strengthen controls and reduce operational breakdowns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Securities Operations experience.
• Proven experience within financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of trade settlement, operational controls, and workflow management.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex operational issues in fast-paced environments.
• Must be worked on a W2 basis only (No C2C eligibility).

Nice to have

• Experience in service fulfillment process redesign.
• Experience leading workflow automation initiatives.
• Expertise in general ledger reconciliation and funding operations.
