TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner, Operations (Manufacturing): Delivering all facets of the recruiting process for hourly and salaried operations positions with an accent on sourcing strategies and candidate relationship building. Focus on designing recruitment plans, filling open roles efficiently, and managing the full cycle recruitment process.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in N. Andover, MA (3 days office, 2 days remote)

Salary: $101,000 – $115,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly operations and salaried positions.
  • Partner with leadership to understand business needs and develop local recruitment plans.
  • Source passive candidates via social media and other creative sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain all applicant and interview data within the Workday HRIS.
  • Conduct prescreens, post-screen meetings, and manage reference/background checks.
  • Assist with campus recruitment activities within the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience required.
  • Experience in Workday or a similar ATS.
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Required to work in the N. Andover, MA office three days per week (Monday–Wednesday).
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for recruitment meetings and campus events.
