What you will do

• Supervise Project Managers and Co-ops to ensure successful execution of assigned construction projects.
• Evaluate and assign projects to maximize efficiency based on resource skill sets and workload.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance groups to establish and drive "Best Practices".
• Manage external construction contractors through bid evaluations and performance monitoring.
• Develop individual development plans and conduct performance evaluations to improve resource skill sets.
• Monitor project lifecycles from inception to completion to meet key performance metrics.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in project and construction management of multi-million dollar projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and SAP.
• Valid US work authorization (E-Verify).
• Experience with electric utility projects is highly preferred.
