What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution design for complex pursuits, including measure strategies, program structure, budgets, and pricing.
• Maintain accountability for solution integrity from design through implementation, ensuring alignment between proposals and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business development, engineering, product, and IT to deliver cohesive program designs.
• Define and standardize solution design methodologies and frameworks to improve organizational efficiency and quality.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments in DSM and electrification to inform solution strategies.
• Partner with Product and BI teams to identify gaps in current offerings and influence the long-term solution roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, electrification, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering complex energy programs or solutions.
• Strong financial modeling and data interpretation skills using Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools.
• Deep familiarity with regulated utility environments, filings, and evaluation frameworks.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship or support.
