• Coach and support junior consultants to foster team growth and performance.
• Contribute to internal knowledge exchange through publications, seminars, and workshops.
• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border transformation projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
• Must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands (no sponsorship provided).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Passionate interest in energy, data, and AI-related topics.
