TL;DR

Sr. Product Designer, Growth (Fintech): Designing new acquisition and growth products and feature iterations for a financial app with an accent on mobile-first experiences and user adoption. Focus on turning ambiguous problems into shippable experiences and utilizing AI-augmented design workflows.

Location: Remote within the United States (excluding Hawaii)

Salary: $150,000 – $224,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Shape new growth levers and foundational features to drive acquisition and engagement.
  • Manage the full design lifecycle from early exploration and rapid concepting to high-impact launches and data-driven iteration.
  • Utilize rapid prototyping and AI-assisted workflows to test ideas and inform product direction.
  • Translate user needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements into high-quality mobile experiences.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Compliance teams to define direction.
  • Contribute to shared patterns and design systems as experiments mature.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience in fintech or scaled consumer products.
  • Deep expertise in mobile-first design.
  • Strong visual design skills paired with practical UX judgment.
  • Fluency in Figma and modern, AI-augmented design workflows.
  • Portfolio site or link is required for application.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

  • Experience designing financial products with ongoing member relationships (credit, banking, subscriptions).
  • Exposure to products serving gig workers or people with non-traditional income.
