What you will do

• Own discussion guide writing, moderate interviews, and lead the analysis and reporting of qualitative data.
• Develop engaging, creative, and customized deliverables and present strategic insights to clients.
• Write proposals for stand-alone projects and contribute qualitative methodology and pricing to larger programs.
• Nurture consultative relationships with existing clients, vendors, and internal senior staff.
• Vet and manage external contract moderators domestically and internationally, providing mentoring and coaching.
• Partner with the Product Development & Innovation team to operationalize new technology tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in market research, with at least 7 years of professional qualitative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Market-Research, Anthropology, Behavioral Psychology or a related field.
• Valid US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to synthesize findings from disparate sources.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
