Location: Remote (Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, or South Africa). Shift follows Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Salary: $600 - $900 per month

What you will do
- Answer incoming emergency maintenance calls from tenants during overnight hours.
- Assess and triage maintenance issues to determine urgency and appropriate next steps.
- Contact and dispatch third-party emergency maintenance vendors with clear issue details.
- Track job progress, confirm technician arrivals, and verify completion of services.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups with tenants to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and updates accurately within the system.
Requirements
- Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, or South Africa.
- Strong spoken English proficiency.
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (PST timezone).
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in property management or maintenance coordination.
- Experience with call handling systems (e.g., Vonage) or CRM/ticketing tools.
