What you will do
- Handle inquiries via email, ticketing, chat, phone from domestic and international customers, affiliates, and instructors, providing Level 2 support for escalated issues.
- Process and audit class schedules, affiliate/instructor applications, product orders, and payments across regions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain licensing, credentialing, and renewals for domestic and international partners, with proactive follow-ups.
- Coordinate instructor development courses, contracts with training facilities, and administrative support for international programs.
- Gather feedback, update digital resources, and perform account management outreach to support growth in international markets.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in business, communications, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience in contact center, administrative office, or training environment
- Experience with data entry, record management, transactional processing in CRM or business systems
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, LMS
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, interpret policies, handle sensitive information, and work independently or in teams
