📋 Description

• Proactively progress referencing applications and generate KPI reports
• Help tenants get their dream home by meeting targets
• Support customers with high accuracy via phone, live chat, and email
• Fully remote with quarterly travel to London or Sheffield offices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a highly targeted, fast-moving contact centre (desirable)
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify customer needs
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with credit or ID checks or lettings industry (nice to have)
