What you will do

• Build and scale a high-performing Specialist Solutions Engineering team across all sales segments.
• Design the team's strategy and operating model to drive revenue growth and technical thought leadership.
• Partner with Product Pods to influence the product roadmap and bridge the gap between Sales and Product.
• Recruit, mentor, and empower Solutions Engineers to maximize their professional potential.
• Optimize cross-functional processes and create impactful collateral with Product Management and Marketing teams.
• Uphold and enforce company culture and Operating Principles in daily team interactions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant solutions engineering experience.
• 6+ years of experience building and managing high-performing SE teams.
• Must be based in one of the following hubs: Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco.
• Proven track record of building teams from the ground up and providing direct deal support.
• Technical familiarity with CRMs, cloud architecture, telephony systems, AI/ML concepts, APIs, and JSON.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM organization personas and workflows.
