Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 base plus annual discretionary variable remuneration

What you will do

• Provide first-level IT support in a high-pressure trading environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot workstations, thin clients, virtual machines, and other office hardware.
• Manage IT procurement processes and oversee inventory management.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including equipment preparation and workstation setup.
• Monitor IT infrastructure and resolve support requests via chat.
• Collaborate with other technology teams to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support.
• Strong experience working in Windows environments.
• Must be located in New York City.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a Linux environment.
• Familiarity with VMware, VDI, and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Kerberos.
• Scripting skills in Python or PowerShell.
