What you will do

• Handle non-complex SPT claims while developing knowledge and experience within the claims process.
• Produce loss runs, manage statistics, process closures, and manage payments.
• Provide administrative and day-to-day support to the Special Projects Team.
• Maintain professional communication with brokers and (re)insureds to deliver customer-focused service.
• Collect and analyze KPI data to help monitor team performance and meet targets.
• Support project activity and attend broker and client meetings in a supporting capacity.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of the claims environment.
• Strong customer focus and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player across different classes of business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be based in London, UK

Nice to have

• London Market experience and familiarity with ECF.
• Awareness of emerging AI-enabled tools to support efficiency and data analysis.
