What you will do

• Process purchase orders, price quotations, order statuses, and returns via phone and ticket systems.
• Coordinate proactively with customers and product specialists to ensure smooth order processing.
• Identify and resolve customer inquiries promptly with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Route incoming calls to the appropriate product specialists or teams.
• Adhere to established workflows and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM.
• Must be based in or near Itasca, IL for a hybrid work schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
