What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to lead opportunity qualification, Proof-of-Concepts (PoC), and technical presentations.
• Design and propose technical architectures that solve business challenges using hirify.global's APIs.
• Develop and deliver complex, interactive product demonstrations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, guiding them through the technical sales process.
• Mentor junior Presales Engineers and contribute to the broader Solutions Engineering community.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in pre-sales of complex technical products or technical consulting.
• Fluent in Portuguese and professional-level English.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Proven experience with REST APIs and software development (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, or frontend frameworks).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud application architecture.
• Experience in Telecom, SIP, Contact Center, or Security.

Nice to have

• Experience managing strategic accounts in Finance, Retail, Healthcare, or High-tech verticals.
• Knowledge of WebRTC, OpenAI, or ElevenLabs.
• Spanish language proficiency.
