Salary: $164,652 – $230,512

What you will do
- Develop highly reliable full-stack software solutions for enterprise digital infrastructure.
- Leverage AI technologies and agentic workflows (LLMs) to enhance software capabilities and drive automation.
- Collaborate in a Scrum environment, participating in ceremonies and partnering with product managers.
- Contribute to technical standards and best practices while mentoring junior engineers.
- Provide on-call production support during regular business hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade software.
- 3+ years of experience in React (or similar), Java/Python backend development, or data engineering.
- Experience with modern microservice architectures and containerized or serverless environments.
- Proven ability to integrate AI-powered solutions into software development workflows.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
Nice to have
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Associate Certification.
- Experience with Java Spring Boot.
- Expertise in debugging, profiling, and improving application performance.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or aerospace industries.
