What you will do
- Lead the evolution of the application portfolio toward increased agility, scalability, and innovation.
- Define and implement enterprise application lifecycle management aligned with industry best practices.
- Establish and mature product management practices, including roadmaps, performance metrics, and executive reporting.
- Oversee relationships with major vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-performance service delivery.
- Partner with privacy and security leaders to mitigate risk and ensure compliance across all enterprise applications.
- Provide financial leadership, including budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Post-graduate degree required.
- Minimum of 11 years of related experience, including at least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of specialized experience in the design and implementation of major computer systems.
- Demonstrated experience in IT application development management, operations, and financial management.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, on-premises, and COTS application environments.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and business process improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience with ITIL processes and policies.
- Knowledge of Lean IT and agile development methodologies.
- Experience within the higher-education sector.
