What you will do

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and React or Angular.
• Architect secure, cloud-native microservices and RESTful APIs on AWS.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs into enterprise healthcare solutions.
• Optimize database performance and ensure system security and maintainability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must reside within the continental US
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field
• Minimum of 6 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Java, Java EE, and Spring Framework
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React or Angular
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Aurora PostgreSQL, ECS, SQS, and S3
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or federal agencies
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks or agent-based systems
• Professional certifications in AWS, Java, or Agile
