Salary: $187,000 – $271,920 USD (based on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack growth experiments end-to-end.
• Improve key metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization.

• Contribute to the experimentation platform and growth infrastructure.
• Make thoughtful engineering tradeoffs to balance speed and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software experience, with a focus on user growth or monetization.
• Strong hands-on full-stack engineering skills (Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript).
• Demonstrated experience running product experiments end-to-end.
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with incomplete information.
