TL;DR

AWS Developer (AI/Salesforce): Building and maintaining a serverless integration layer connecting Amazon Connect, AWS Bedrock, and Salesforce within a FedRAMP High GovCloud environment with an accent on real-time data pipelines and AI-driven coaching capabilities. What you will do

• Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions to orchestrate AI inference calls to Bedrock Agents and process Contact Lens transcript streams.
• Build and optimize real-time data pipelines using Amazon Kinesis to connect Amazon Connect with Salesforce and Verint.
• Implement Salesforce Platform Events and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to push real-time AI coaching prompts to agents.
• Configure Amazon Lex bot intents and fulfillment logic, integrating them with Bedrock Agents for complex IVR call taking.
• Deploy infrastructure-as-code using CloudFormation or CDK to ensure reproducible environments across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production.
• Follow DevSecOps practices including code version control in CodeCommit and security-focused code reviews.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing serverless applications on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for Lambda development.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and Contact Lens integration.
• Experience building integrations with Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Streaming API).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform.
• Experience with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or AWS GovCloud environments.

Nice to have

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock API integration and AI/ML inference pipelines.
• Healthcare domain experience (HIPAA compliance, PHI handling, TRICARE).
• Familiarity with Amazon QuickSight or Verint quality management integrations.
