TL;DR
Backend Software Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing scalable backend services and AI-integrated systems for a global CRM platform with an accent on distributed systems and AI-driven development. Focus on designing complex AI agent workflows, optimizing microservices in a multi-tenant SaaS environment, and ensuring high-quality, secure production code.
Location: Israel - Tel Aviv. Hybrid (1-3 days in office) or Office-Based (4-5 days in office).

What you will do
- Develop production-grade software using AI as a core part of the development workflow.
- Design and orchestrate complex systems integrating AI agents into human workflows to drive efficiency.
- Build scalable components and algorithms for a multi-tenant SaaS cloud environment.
- Contribute to all phases of the SDLC, including design, implementation, code reviews, and testing.
- Maintain shared system context to enable AI to operate accurately and reliably.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in OOP languages such as Java, Python, Scala, C#, Go, Node, or C++.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Postgres, Mongo).
- Experience developing SaaS products on public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience designing and developing distributed systems at scale.
- Demonstrated AI-first approach, including proficiency with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and advanced prompt engineering.
Nice to have
- Technical expertise in Generative AI, RAG systems, and Agentic workflows.
- Experience with Big-Data, ML, and S3.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Elastic Search, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience working in a high-paced multinational organization.
