What you will do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding login, account changes, product plans, and billing.
• Verify newly signed up accounts to ensure compliance with geo-regulations.
• Execute customer retention strategies for users requesting service cancellation.
• Communicate and follow up with customers regarding their specific account inquiries.
• Collect payments and update payment methods for customers.
• Log and track call details accurately within company systems and provide feedback to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written English plus another EU language.
• Must be based in Ireland.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work the required shift 12:00pm - 9:00pm GMT, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have
