What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding login, account changes, product plans, and billing.
- Verify newly signed up accounts to ensure compliance with geo-regulations.
- Execute customer retention strategies for users requesting service cancellation.
- Communicate and follow up with customers regarding their specific account inquiries.
- Collect payments and update payment methods for customers.
- Log and track call details accurately within company systems and provide feedback to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Fluent verbal and written English plus another EU language.
- Must be based in Ireland.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work the required shift 12:00pm - 9:00pm GMT, Monday through Friday.

- Prior call center experience.
- Strong soft skills including empathy, patience, and active listening.
