What you will do

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients and project managers during the installation lifecycle.
• Coordinate and lead internal crews and subcontractors on complex, long-duration electronic security projects.
• Review Bills of Materials (BOM) and communicate equipment requirements to design engineering teams.
• Oversee the installation of rack build-outs, panel terminations, and device deployment.
• Maintain detailed project records, milestones, and RFIs using OneNote and other digital tools.
• Ensure all installations meet quality control specifications and are completed within the given timeframe.

Requirements

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Cedar Rapids, IA
• 3+ years of experience in electronic security installation and project administration.
• Proficiency with security systems such as Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, or Bosch.
• Ability to interpret project drawings, programming matrices, and SRDs.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to obtain local security clearances
• High school diploma or GED required.
