What you will do

• Serve as primary client contact for public works projects across Utah
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple municipal projects
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
• Deliver infrastructure projects for city, county, and state agencies
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationship growth
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality, risk, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 8+ years of experience in public works or municipal infrastructure projects
• Experience with city, county, or DOT clients
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead teams, build client relationships, and manage multiple priorities

Nice to have

• Experience with Utah municipalities or local agencies
• Business development or proposal support experience
• Experience mentoring junior staff
• Familiarity with regional infrastructure needs and standards
