What you will do

• Manage land development projects from conceptual design through the construction phase.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall performance metrics.
• Perform and review civil design using Civil 3D.
• Serve as the primary client contact to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Mentor team members and support business development efforts to grow the firm's presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10+ years of land development experience.
• PE license required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background and driving record checks.
