TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $120,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of post-implementation accounts as the primary point of contact for relationship management and escalations.
  • Monitor health metrics (NPS, adoption, survey scores) to proactively reduce churn and increase referenceability.
  • Achieve commission quotas by identifying and closing upsell opportunities for training, professional services, and product expansions.
  • Coordinate with implementation, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop scalable CS processes and automate workflows using HubSpot, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Support AI-enabled initiative programs to deliver value beyond traditional software delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
  • Background in higher education SaaS strongly preferred (healthcare SaaS/health tech as a secondary option).
  • Proven history of quota attainment and revenue contribution in a CS capacity.
  • Demonstrated job stability with at least one tenure of 3–5 years.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use usage analytics and feedback to guide strategy.
  • Must be based in the United States.
