What you will do
- Own a portfolio of post-implementation accounts as the primary point of contact for relationship management and escalations.
- Monitor health metrics (NPS, adoption, survey scores) to proactively reduce churn and increase referenceability.
- Achieve commission quotas by identifying and closing upsell opportunities for training, professional services, and product expansions.
- Coordinate with implementation, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop scalable CS processes and automate workflows using HubSpot, Jira, and Confluence.
- Support AI-enabled initiative programs to deliver value beyond traditional software delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
- Background in higher education SaaS strongly preferred (healthcare SaaS/health tech as a secondary option).
- Proven history of quota attainment and revenue contribution in a CS capacity.
- Demonstrated job stability with at least one tenure of 3–5 years.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use usage analytics and feedback to guide strategy.
- Must be based in the United States.
