Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 base + commission/bonus structure

What you will do
- Conduct quarterly strategic consultations and IT maturity assessments for 20–30 client accounts.
- Develop technology roadmaps and provide technical recommendations for hardware and software implementations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between client business goals and internal technical support teams.
- Create scopes of work and lead strategic planning sessions to support client retention and growth.
- Collaborate with internal engineers and project teams to ensure alignment on client infrastructure needs.
- Maintain ongoing relationships through regular check-ins and proactive needs assessments.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is required.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft enterprise platforms and general IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with business leaders.
- Proven track record of managing technical relationships and creating strategic technology roadmaps.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- IT certifications such as Net+, MCP, MCA, MCSE, Cloud, or Firewall certifications.
- Prior experience in roles such as IT Project Engineer, Helpdesk, or IT Management.
