Compensation Range: $92,200–$115,300

What you will do

• Develop production systems and working methods to reduce production costs while maintaining function, safety, and quality.
• Design efficient assembly lines and technical solutions leveraging Lean principles.
• Manage technical tooling workflows including design, calculation, documentation, and verification.
• Ensure accurate and timely availability of tooling resources through rigorous maintenance and calibration processes.
• Collaborate with Swedish tooling resources to implement and deliver global tooling solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement for all tooling resources and associated processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant tooling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. citizenship, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual status required.
• Proficiency in Catia, SolidWorks, or similar 3D modeling software.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of relevant tooling experience.
• Specific experience with Aerostructures.
